The item up for sale is a restored original OEM 1970/71 Ford Torino 4-speed clutch and brake pedal assembly. I disassembled it, sandblasted it, primed it and painted it black. Then I reassembled it with new pivot bushings along with some grease. I also installed new pedal pads and a new clutch pedal bumper. This assembly is in good condition. It will be carefully packaged and shipped to your door in a timely manner. All you have to do is bolt it in. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Taxi To The Stars To Shine At Auction

This particular example of a 1935 12/4 Austin Taxi is no ordinary cab though, having transported the rich and famous as part of its role as gust transport for boutique hotel, Blakes, in London’s South Kensington. Plucked from its more humble street life in the 70’s by the hotel’s creator - film star and actress turned hotelier and interior designer - Anouska Hempel (now Lady Weinberg) - the 1935 Austin Taxi Low Loading became the exclusive hotel transport soon after the hotel’s opening, for Blakes’s many famous guests including Ali McGraw, Neil Diamond, Robert Redford, Bob Dylan and Jane Russell.

That unusual name signifies the budget brand's new small MPV, which could come to the UK. We won't see the new Lodgy in roadgoing spec until spring 2012, but we hear it could join the Dacia Duster and Sandero when UK sales begin next year.

I’m really not sure that teaser shots work as a marketing ploy (which, let’s face it, is all they are).
