1970s CHEVY TRUCK 1/2 TON TRUCK DOG DISH HUBCAP

USE THE ZOOM FEATURE ON THE PICS AND READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING!!!  HERE'S SOMETHING THAT IS HARD TO FIND YET REASONABLY PRICED. THESE GM CAPS ARE BECOMING A RARITY AND REALLY COOL TO DISPLAY  IF YOU ARE RUNNING CUSTOM WHEELS.   KIND OF FUNNY HOW WE USED TO FIND THESE CAPS ONCE IN A WHILE AND NOW WE NEVER DO. THERE IS ONE CAPSLISTED HERE.   NOT AN EXPENSIVE HIGH DOLLAR SHOW CAP BUT A DECENT USED CAP FOR SURE..   ABOUT 10&1/4 TO 10&1/2 DEPENDING ON WHETHER YOU MEASURE THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE EDGE.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  THE CAP DEFINITELY HAS  LITTLE DINGS/SCRATCHES, BB SIZE TO THUMBPRINT. MUCH OF THIS IS ALONG THE EDGES. HOWEVER, THERE ARE SOME ON THE FACE AS WELL.  LOOK AT PICS PLEASE!  THERE IS ALSO A LITTLE PAINT WEAR.

ANYWAY, JUST A DECENT OLD DOG DISH CAP.  I RATE IT A 3 MINUS,  ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE RARITY & CONDITION. A GREAT DEAL.   NOT A HIGH DOLLAR BARRETT JACKSON SHOW CAP.  JUST A WELL USED HUBCAP. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES BEFORE BIDDING.  NONETHELESS A BARGAIN AND REALLY GETTING HARD TO FIND.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST YEAR.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE!  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THESE.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 10 years of selling over a 8000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Lagonda are back – Aston Martin revives the Lagonda Marque

Wed, 04 Mar 2009

Lagonda has a long history. Founded in 1899 and building its first car 10 years later, which makes 2009 Lagonda’s 100th birthday. A fitting time, perhaps, for a revival.

Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer estate (2010) unveiled

Wed, 16 Jun 2010

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 16 June 2010 00:01 Vauxhall has slid the covers off the new Astra Sports Tourer – a mini-me, shrunken Insignia estate for less money. The two share plenty of character and were both penned under GM Europe's design boss, Mark Adams.Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer: the lowdownThe new 2010 Astra estate puts the ultimate accent on cool looks over practicality, and its vital stats suggest it's a bit of a slouch in the sofa-shifting game. The 2685mm wheelbase is identical to the hatchback's, so the boot space stands at 500 litres, only 30 litres more than the hatch with the seats up.FlexFold (optional on lower models) lets you flop each 60:40 split rear seat down at the press of a button; stow all the rear seats flat and boot space soars to a more acceptable 1550 litres.

Lotus City Car supermini: a future with Proton

Mon, 11 Oct 2010

Lotus hopes to launch its city car with partner firm Proton, according to a new interview published today. The Lotus City Car concept was the sixth member of the Lotus Everything launchpad at this month's Paris motor show, and had been assumed to be a technical showcase rather than a serious production car. However, in an interview with Automotive World, Lotus CEO Dany Bahar admits that the Lotus City Car was developed in tandem with its Malaysian owners Proton.
