Appleton, Wisconsin, United States
Condition:Used Warranty:No

Fits over rag joint coupling where lower steering shaft connects to PS gear.  Openings on top for two power steering hoses.  Complete, undamaged, just some grime and vintage undercoating to remove.  I use identical item on my '71 Riv, although my car does not have a hole in the frame for mounting slot you see in this cover.  So, may have first been used by GM in 1972?  I secure it on my '71 with a zip tie.
