UP FOR SALE IS A FACTORY ORIGINAL 1971-1972-1973  FORD MUSTANG BOSS 351-MACH1 FLIP OPEN GAS CAP IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH THE CORRECT MATCHING TRIM PIECES. THESE TRIM PIECES HAVE THE CORRECT SMALL CURVE IN THE CENTER OF EACH PIECE TO CLEAR THE LARGER GAS CAP. ABSOLUTELY NO PITTING OR BLEMS ON THE CAP AND THE FACTORY RUBBER SEAL IS REALLY NICE. LATCH AND PIVOT POINTS WORK EXCELLENT AND THE SMALL SPRINGS ARE PERFECT. THE FORD PART NUMBER ON IT IS D2ZA-9A112-BA. THIS GAS CAP IS VERY CLOSE TO NOS BUT THE TRIM WILL NEED A LITTLE POLISHING. Hot on the fluorescent heels of Renault's recent Twin'Z reveal in Milan, Toyota revealed its own industrial design collaboration, the ME.WE, at a private event at the its upscale showroom Le Rendez-vous Toyota on the Champs Elysées in Paris last week. Designed jointly by Toyota's ED2 studio in the south of France and renowned French architect and industrial designer Jean-Marie Massaud, the ME.WE is a polyvalent 4-seat electric vehicle to "combat the crisis". It is designed to be simple and functional, yet also project an image of intelligence for our modern times.

Toyota charity puts boots on the ground in Detroit

For the second year in a row, Toyota has chosen to celebrate the opening of the Detroit auto show with a philanthropic gesture. In order to help homeless women and children in the Detroit area, Toyota's “Walk in my Boots” community project will partner with Moosejaw, a Michigan-based outdoor retailer, to donate new boots to residents of The Salvation Army Denby Center for Children and Family Services in Detroit. Toyota will also be providing a luncheon buffet for the residents when they deliver the boots and donating $10,000 to the facility to help with operations' costs.
