1971-1973 Mustang Cougar Electric Automatic Bucket Seat Back Release 72 73 on 2040-parts.com
Marseilles, Illinois, United States
Hi, I have the setup for the electric seat back release system for a 71 72 or 73 Mustang or Cougar. Be aware that the harness changed on 12/1/71 when you go to hooking these up. You will need a couple more harnesses to hook these up, you are on your own there. Both solenoids work although one seems stronger than the other, not sure why. Included are the 2 solenoids, underseat wiring and the driver and Passenger hardware. Please see pictures for how they were hooked up before I remove them from the seats. THE SEATS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You will need the dash wiring harness and wiring that supports the electric seat back release option. Click on the link below to see a video of them working, give it a minute to load. |

Subaru WRX STI price cut & new power upgrade option
Fri, 24 Aug 2012Subaru UK has slashed the price of the base WRX STI by £6k and added a new power upgrade option. The supercar saloon for the Playstation generation that is the Subaru WRX STI has just become a great deal more affordable as Subaru UK slash an incredible £6,000 off the list price, with the WRX STI now available from just £26,995. The WRX STI is already a stunning performer with its 2.5 litre four-pot delivering 287bhp and 300lb/ft of torque and able to get to 62mph in just 5.2 seconds, but if that isn’t enough Subaru has now launched a new power upgrade option.
Goodwood Festival of Speed gets a Phantom Coupe
Thu, 26 Mar 2009Tom Purves of Rolls Royce handing over a Phantom Coupe to Lord March for the Goodwood Festival of Speed [ad#ad-1] We brought you news of the launch details for the 2009 Goodwood Festival of Speed last week, and today it has been announced that Rolls Royce has lent the Goodwood Festival of Speed a Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe as the official Course Car for this year. Now a Phantom Coupe is not the first car you would think of as a course car. Bit too expensive and not exactly capable of massive feats of performance (although it is, at least intil the Silver Ghost arrives, the most ‘Sporty’ of the Rolls Royce models), but it fits the Goodwood event perfectly.
