Up for your auction bids is this very good original used pair of 1971-72 Dodge Charger front bumper guards. Mount to the lower part of front bumper, and give protection to chrome on main bumper when parking. An often missing or damaged item on these cars, that helped provide some good protection.
Featured 1971-72 Charger front bumper guards are both clean and very straight pieces, that have been stored away for the last 25+ years inside up on the shelf. The mounting brackets and threaded studs are all good. Guards are all original, and have no damage or repairs that I can see. They both have pretty nice bright chrome plating on the outside of them, but have a few scrapes / scratches on the very bottom edge of them, and a few light nicks or scratches on the main upper part. With some prep work and then a quality re-chroming however, these could be made to look mint. The black rubber cushions are both cracked and missing a few chunks. I'd plan on putting some new / reproduction ones on them when the chroming is done. With a re-chroming and some new rubber cushions installed, these should look great, and be suitable for a top condition car.
Don't miss these hard to find bumper guards at my reasonable opening bid price here. Chromed guard part is not available in any reproduction format that I know of. Not many of these left! Great cores for re-chroming to show car specs. Thanks for stopping in to look and bid! _________________________________________________________________

Toyota GT 86 - apparently, it's as wide as a London Bus
The Toyota GT 86 – which we all know as the Toyota FT-86 – has been revealed by Toyota UK ahead of its debut at the Tokyo Motor Show this week. It’s the Toyota GT 86, not the FT-86. But this is Toyota’s ‘affordable’ sports coupe that seems to have been coming since the new millennium arrived.

Just unveiled at the 2010 Detroit auto show, this is the new 2010 Audi A8, Ingolstadt’s flagship limo designed to take on the BMW 7-series, Mercedes S-class and Jaguar XJ. Like the previous two generations of A8, the new car is built entirely of aluminium, meaning it achieves some incredible fuel figures. There’s also a gorgeous interior, some very cool gadgets, and the promise from Audi that the A8 will be the sportiest luxury saloon in its class.

Mercedes-Benz's gorgeous 300SL--or Gullwing, as it is affectionately now known--has been reborn five decades after the iconic two-seater first sent the motoring world into a spin at the New York auto show in 1954. We were the first to report Mercedes' secret plans to resurrect the Gullwing following Dieter Zetsche's decision not to forge ahead with a second supercar in collaboration with its Formula One partner, McLaren. Now we can confirm the name--SLS--along with details of its state-of-the-art construction, unique driveline, performance and much more.
