Here's a very nice original used Mopar 1971-74 E-body , Cuda, Barracuda, Challenger left door painted rallye remote control mirror, upper head housing and base only, no mirror, cable, or remote control mechanism. This would look to be about mint condition. No dents, cracks, alterations, corrosion, or bad mounting holes. A super clean piece, with no pits or corrosion. Looks like it was likely stripped down and repainted a little while back and never used. Put the mirror and remote controller in this and you will have a mint mirror. Or just use it for some top-quality parts if you'd rather. Reasonable opening bid price.

Up for your auction bids is this very nice shape 1971-74 Mopar E-body (Challenger, Cuda, Barracuda) left door rally painted rear view mirror.  This original Mopar mirror is the upper pot metal head part housing, and original pot metal base only, there is no: mirror glass, cable, or remote control on this.  You would have to put one from off another mirror onto this one.  Perfect if perhaps your mirror housing and / or base is damaged or corroded badly and you could put your mirror glass, mechanism, remote control cable  into this real nice clean housing.  Or use for some choice parts if you'd rather. 

Featured 1971-74 E-body left remote control rally mirror is an original Mopar piece.  The base has a Chrysler Pentastar on it, with the #s 53093 next to that.  There is no dents, dings, bends, cracks, or bad mounting holes on this.  This is a very clean piece, that has no pits or corrosion at all.  Looks to have perhaps been stripped down and re-painted at one time and just never used.  The head and base screw together nice and firmly, with no rattle.  The screws do come out fine still however, if you need to take this apart or use it for parts. 

A very nice original Mopar mirror for refurbishing or for choice-condition parts.  You decide!  Reasonable opening bid price for what these mirrors complete in this kind of shape go for, so be sure to put in that good bid today!  Thanks for stopping in to look and bid!

The Infiniti Emerg-E will debut at Geneva 2012 The Infiniti Emerg-E – an electric sports car with a range extender engine – will debut as a concept at the Geneva Motor Show. Infiniti has been teasing the new range extender concept sport car they are taking to Geneva for the last month or so, with the usual teaser photos and dearth of real detail. But now we know a bit more, but at least we now know what it’s called – the Infiniti Emerg-E.

Lord March has announced dates for both the 2011 Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. The Festival of Speed will take place from 1-3 July, and the Revival will follow on 16-18 September 2011. The theme is 'racing revolutions – quantum leaps that shaped motor sport’, and some of the celebrated breakthroughs will includes 30 years since four-wheel drive started to dominate rallying, 25 years since turbocharged engines ruled in F1, and two decades since Mazda’s rotary-engined 787B took the chequered flag at Le Mans.
