You are bidding on a Genuine Vintage 1971 Chevy Monte Carlo Model that was built from the original kit that was issued back in '71. Features strao-bucket seats, A/T Horseshoe Floor Shifter, Split rear deck spoiler., Hot Chrome Deep Dish Mags, recessed grille, Cobra Engine (Note: the radiator need to be reglued as it was found "floating" around the engine compartment. True collectible for the model collector. Way underpriced. This is being sold in the exact condition as it was found in -please pay careful attention to the pictures shown here. I have never attempted to clean this model up. If you choose to, it will clean-up much nicer than it appears in the pictures here. Or leaving the way it is shows a slightly aged patina with a now rough roughline. This is a very scarce model, so scarce I do not who manufactured the first issue back in '71! As such, this model is not perfect, nor flawless, the glue is old and pieces may come during transit. This should be expected by the buyer. Drayson Racing and RCA launch EV racing car contest
Thu, 06 Dec 2012Drayson Racing has launched a contest with the Royal College of Art's Vehicle Design program to design electric racing car concepts for the FIA's new Formula E series, which is set to start in 2014. The RCA's students are asked to present designs that explore new themes within the technical constraints as part of this course's curriculum. The previous Drayson Formula E concept was developed by Sergio Rinland who will be part of a series of workshops and lectures on aerodynamics, engineering packaging, production engineering and materials, giving students the technical knowledge to develop their designs.
