Not everything I sell is cleaned, I can't clean everything and keep my prices low. We inspect everything before it gets listed and I stand behind everything I sell for 30 days from the time you get it. Sometimes it is not possible to test some items so if they look good we list them and if they are DOA they can be returned.  I will pay the return shipping for any buyer in the US or PR who has a return for any reason. If we know a part does not work, we will not sell it or if it may be rebuilt or used for parts we will note that in the listing description.  I ask that you contact me first so I can give you the return instructions.
