I am retiring and its time to sell alot of the goodies my late husband and I have accumulated over the years. Up for sale is a nice 1972 1973 Ford Mustang Cougar AM/FM Stereo Radio.  It is stamped on the side D3ZA and will also fit 1972 Mustang and Cougar. On the bottom cover is a note that says " Plays Good!". We picked up this radio and alot of others over the years at various venues. I recently had it tested and it plays great up and down the dial on both AM and FM. The case is clean with no rust. All mechanicals work as they should. Also all the station presets work as they should. The lens, slidebar and pushbuttons look to be in great condition. All factory wiring is intact but has some electrical tape wrapped around it.  It comes with a full set of good knobs as shown. I'm selling the radio without a warranty because the electonics are over 35 years old and I don't trust old electronics. I will be putting up more radios from my late husbands estate for sale this week and next week. The radio you see in the picture is the one you get. Please read description and ask any questions before purchase. Buyer pays fixed rate shipping of $18.00  for USPS Insured Priority Large Flat Rate Shipping (Lower 48 states only). I carefully wrap my radios in Bubble Wrap to insure safe shipping. I accept Paypal. Any questions, feel free to email me. Good Luck and Thanks for Looking!!      RA-572

Red Bull Racing's X2014 concept car to feature in GT6

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

Red Bull Racing has revealed its X2014 concept car that will feature in the upcoming Gran Turismo 6 racing game. The Formula 1 team's chief technical officer Adrian Newey worked alongside Polyphony Digital to develop the road car, which is obviously very much inspired by F1 car design. Elements such as the F1 car nose and low-hanging front spoiler are proof of this, although the design features headlamps and fenders surrounding the tires.

Musk announced plans to greatly upgrade and expand the number of its superchargers in and between population centers of the United States and Southern Canada to link major cities via free electricity.

UK buyers plugging into electric cars

Wed, 07 May 2014

Renault New figures suggest UK motorists are charged up about electric vehicles (EVs), with a record number of zero-emission cars now on Britain’s roads. Figures released by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) suggest there are more than 10,000 electric cars on the road today, with as many as 1,200 EVs sold in March alone. In the midst of an EV revolution Compare that to the lowly 270 that were sold during the same month in 2013 and it becomes hard to argue that we’re not in the midst of an EV revolution, especially when you combine the figures with the 10,200 hybrid cars sold so far in 2014, up by 45% on last year.
