1972 9.5 Hp Johnson Evinrude Omc Outboard Lower Unit Gear Case Short Shaft on 2040-parts.com
Ely, Minnesota, United States
This is a lower unit removed from a 1972 9.5 hp Johnson outboard. This shows normal signs of use, but is in good shape for it's age. Water pump will more than likely need to be replaced. This shift into forward, neutral, and reverse properly. Both prop shaft and drive shaft appear to be in good condition. This should work for all of the 9.5 hp Johnson Evinrude outboard models from 1964-1973. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Texas is an immense market for pickup trucks and this year, the Detroit Three were there, along with Toyota, to present world premieres. And for the auto executives that make the trip down, the Texas Fair is surely the easiest assignment they will get each year: people in Texas like full size trucks and buy them as personal vehicles not because they need their capacity but rather because "it's Texas here, y'know".

Wet n' Wild Woodward
Sat, 21 Aug 2010Rain-soaked Woodward Avenue welcomed thousands of cruisers and car enthusiasts for the 16th annual Dream Cruise on a wet Saturday just north of Detroit. Though the weather didn't cooperate for much of the day with rain ranging from a mist to steady showers, it failed to dampen the spirits of car fans for all over. As usual, Mustangs, Corvettes and Challengers took center stage on the iconic strip, which plays host to the yearly summer celebration of chrome and fins.
