Evinrude 115 hp outboard motor that is model number 115083D that I think is a 1972. The motor is in non-running condition. The power pack went out and it was pulled from the boat (not by me!). The amateur that did remove it cut the wires instead of just unplugging it and pulling. The motor is not locked up. The cowl is basically just there, not in very good condition. Lower unit is visually clean, does not have oil dripping. This is an electric shift lower. The control box is included. The throttle cable works fine. All systems are untested and selling as is! You are welcome to pick-up or I can ship it. The unit when packed will weigh about 450 pounds. The shipping wizard quotes to a BUSINESS with a loading dock or forklift.

Once you do get to 60mph – or even 80mph – the Shogun is actually fairly quiet and refined.

The show is expected to have 236 cars and about 25 motorcycles, including vintage racers, 1950s and ’60s convertibles and of course, muscle cars.

Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series planned?

Sat, 26 Sep 2009

It looks like Mercedes could be planning a 700bhp Black Series version of the SLS AMG Gullwing Currently, the top of the AMG Black Series tree is the SL65 Black. An awesome machine, but a bit of a lost soul. It loses the one thing that makes the SL special – the trick roof – and replaces it with a wave of power that isn’t actually that easy to put down on the road.
