NOS genuine Ford ignition and door lock cylinder key set, part number D3SZ-6522050-A.

This part number shows up in none of my Ford parts books, or OSI books. And perhaps that's why this was languishing on a parts shelf at the dealership.

The only Thunderbird dual lock kit I see in the books I have is D5SZ. However, based on common sense, and past experience, I'm thinking this kit contains a D2AZ ignition cylinder (used through 4/30/73), plus a pair of the 1973-1974 T-Bird anti-theft door locks. That would make this kit only useful in its' entirety for an earlier 1973 T-Bird. However, the door locks should fit through all 1974. Just be warned that if you have a late 1973 (built 5/1/73 or later) or a 1974, the ignition cylinder may not be correct.

Oh, and none of these fit Lincoln-Mercury. Suspecting they might, I checked in my L-M parts books, but found nothing for a D3SZ or D5SZ kit. While the ignition cylinder fits lots of Ford-Mercury-Lincoln models, apparently the door locks are Thunderbird only.

A few words to make things easier.

1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions.  And I have to do the revising BEFORE you pay.  If auctions are paid separately (i.e. before you receive my invoice combining items), eBay will no longer then let me combine them on one invoice.  AND, eBay then automatically charges you separate shipping charges for each item, which is not refunded.  Again, this is eBay's set-up.  Combining auctions benefits you by saving you shipping and handling fees.

2. Payment is expected within 3 days.  After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded.  If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen.  Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.

The DS3 Pink will come in two trim levels, each of which will have two engine options, but both grades will share a fuchsia pink roof, door mirrors and wheel centre caps. The winners of the 2012 Car Design of the Year Awards, as voted for by Car Design News readers, were announced at the annual Car Design Night at By Pass nightclub on the evening of the first Geneva motor show press day. Over 350 car designers were in attendance to catch up with their colleagues and meet new peers at the first European show of the year. Car Design News' editor, Owen Ready, presented the winners of the annual Car Design of the Year Awards.
