1973-1976 Ford Galaxie Mustang Torino NOS door lock kit D3AZ-6522050-A

Product Description

NOS genuine Ford lock kit (door and ignition), part number D3AZ-6522050-A.

The ignition lock cylinder in this kit should be part number D4AZ-11582-A. This part number ignition cylinder was used from 5/14/1973 through 2/2/1976. I. e. late 1973 production through early 1976 production.

The door locks are the optional anti-theft alarm switch equipped locks which were available from, I think, 1973 through 1976. Since cars that did not have these optional locks installed used the standard D2AZ-6521984-A locks (this part number replaced C5AZ-6521984-A) that fit most all 1965 through 1979 Ford cars, it would stand to reason that these locks will probably fit all the 1965 - 1979 cars, but you need to either remove the switches, or install with the switches still attached and just ignore the switches.

Based on the combination of this ignition switch and the anti-theft feature locks, technically, these fit 1973 - 1976 Ford and Mercury, full-size cars.

Based on the fact that these locks should function as the D2AZ door locks, these locks should fit 1965 - 1979, most all Ford and Mercury models.

Ford Custom, Custom 500, Galaxie 500, LTD, LTD II, Ranch Wagon, Country Sedan, Country Squire, Fairlane, Torino, Gran Torino, Ranchero, Falcon, Mustang, Thunderbird, Maverick, Pinto, Granada, Elite, Fairmont.

Mercury Monterey, Marquis, Grand Marquis, Marauder, S-55, Colony Park, Commuter, Park Lane, Comet, Caliente, Cyclone, Villager, Montego, Monarch, Cougar, Bobcat, Zephry.

Brand new, inner bag with 2 locks and ignition switch is still factory sealed, never opened.

Shipping - Payment

A few words to make things easier.

1. Combined shipping for multiple auctions is always available, but when the auction is over, you will have to wait until I revise things in my eBay "paperwork" to create just one invoice for all your purchased auctions.  And I have to do the revising BEFORE you pay.  If auctions are paid separately (i.e. before you receive my invoice combining items), eBay will no longer then let me combine them on one invoice.  AND, eBay then automatically charges you separate shipping charges for each item, which is not refunded.  Again, this is eBay's set-up.  Combining auctions benefits you by saving you shipping and handling fees.

2. Payment is expected within 3 days.  After 8 days, I will file with eBay to have my auction fees refunded.  If there is a problem with 3 days, please let me know, as I am not unreasonable, and I know that things happen.  Just be aware that having been on eBay full-time for several years has already afforded me an opportunity to hear a lot of "creative" stories.

Thanks for your bid.

Three minutes--that's all it took for Neiman Marcus to sell out 100 copies of the special edition Chevrolet Camaro convertible on Tuesday. Each buyer forked over $75,000 for their Camaro convertible, which will be built in SS trim and delivered next spring. The SS trim gets buyers the 6.2-liter V8.

JUNKER KEEPER: Federal database tracks totaled vehicles, clunkers

Thu, 15 Oct 2009

First, it was the hurricane-damaged used cars flooding the market. Now, it’s the clunkers turned in--and supposedly junked--as part of the federal Cars Allowance Rebate System “cash for clunkers” program. Following Hurricane Katrina, cars declared as total losses in one state were able to get clean titles in other states and were resold to unsuspecting consumers.
