Hello and thank you for viewing my listing.

This auction is for a working fuel gauge applicable to Chevrolet and GMC truck vehicles with a diesel engine (note stencil on gauge face), although it would work with non-diesel or gasoline engines.  This was removed from a late 80's Chevrolet pickup truck in working condition.

I am a private seller, not a large shop.  Positive feedback is very important to me.  What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will received in a well packed box.

Shipping only to the USA states via USPS with delivery confirmation. Buyer should contact me within 48 hours of auction's end informing me of payment method. Acceptable payment method includes: PayPal, mony ordr/cashier's check. No personal checks accepted. Payment should reach me withing 7 days or item will be re-listed. Items sold "as is."

John Pope Special: the Vauxhall with an Aston Martin engine for sale

Tue, 08 Oct 2013

The eBay description says it all: "Vauxhall Magnum with an Aston Martin DBS V8 twin turbo engine fitted. DBS running gear, raced between 1973 and 1981." If that doesn't get the high octane petrol running through your veins, nothing will. It's called the John Pope Special and it started life as two cars - an accident damaged Aston Martin DBS V8 and a Vauxhall Magnum donated by Vauxhall.

Geneva 2011 - Best in Show

Fri, 04 Mar 2011

Unlike Detroit, which generated a lot of hype for what turned out to be not as much new product as we'd hoped, the Geneva show was a true return to form, with all new vehicles occupying various different market segments making their debuts. But Geneva wouldn't be complete without the seemingly never-ending stream of concept cars filling the halls of the Palexpo. Every year the Swiss show's neutrality is the perfect breeding ground for the French, Italian and German automakers to strut their future visions for mobility about.

Vauxhall Mokka revealed

Tue, 10 Jan 2012

Vauxhall Mokka With the arrival of the Buick Encore, the Vauxhall Mokka (and Opel Mokka) have also been revealed ahead of their Geneva debut. We must confess, we’d expected the Vauxhall Mokka to be the Vauxhall Mocha. But it looks like GM in Europe have decided to go with the German spelling, so the Corsa SUV will arrive in the UK as the Vauxhall Mokka.
