John Pope Special: the Vauxhall with an Aston Martin engine for sale
Tue, 08 Oct 2013The eBay description says it all: "Vauxhall Magnum with an Aston Martin DBS V8 twin turbo engine fitted. DBS running gear, raced between 1973 and 1981." If that doesn't get the high octane petrol running through your veins, nothing will. It's called the John Pope Special and it started life as two cars - an accident damaged Aston Martin DBS V8 and a Vauxhall Magnum donated by Vauxhall.
Geneva 2011 - Best in Show
Fri, 04 Mar 2011Unlike Detroit, which generated a lot of hype for what turned out to be not as much new product as we'd hoped, the Geneva show was a true return to form, with all new vehicles occupying various different market segments making their debuts. Vauxhall Mokka revealed
Tue, 10 Jan 2012Vauxhall Mokka With the arrival of the Buick Encore, the Vauxhall Mokka (and Opel Mokka) have also been revealed ahead of their Geneva debut. We must confess, we’d expected the Vauxhall Mokka to be the Vauxhall Mocha. But it looks like GM in Europe have decided to go with the German spelling, so the Corsa SUV will arrive in the UK as the Vauxhall Mokka.
