This is a Remanufactured carburetor correct for 1974 Pontiac 455 Firebird / Trans Am with automatic transmission. With or with out Shaker Hood.  Carter 7044262 - H3 SA date code  . Fits and can be used on most 1973 & 74 Pontiac 400 & 455 engines ,all transmissions. GTO, Firebird, Grand Prix, Bonneville.  Its been completely serviced and returned to factory specs. After cleaning & inspection. I use a professional grade overhaul kit with updated pump & needle /seat to run todays Ethanol blended fuels. Plus new float, filter & choke pull-off. And make any repairs needed. This carburetor is ready to run out of the box and comes with a 1 year Limited Warranty for defects in parts & workmanship. MG's new Chinese owners showed a Nissan Juke-alike concept car called the Icon at the 2012 Beijing motor show. Its footprint is identical to that of the original MG BT. Although a pure concept car, a spokesman confirmed that the study was a guide to what we could expect from future models from MG.
