This is a replacement AC delete cover that allows the removal of your factory A/C evaporator box and still allows the use of the heater & defroster functions. Cleans up engine compartment and at the same time allows room for engine swaps, large valve covers, etc. Covers are made in a heavy durable fiberglass with a black gelcoat. These are a bolt on installation and require no modifications to the firewall. This will fit all 1973-77 Chevelle Malibu, El Camino or any Buick, Oldsmobile and Pontiac of similar body styles. This model will require the use of a narrower fan cage which we sell as a separate item, please contact us for that. Please email us with questions. Ford Kuga: New engines & Ford Kuga ‘Individual’
Thu, 08 Jul 2010The Ford Kuga gets a new diesel lump in two flavours for 2010/2011 It shouldn’t come as a much of a shock that Ford are sticking new diesel engines in the Ford Kuga. We reported back in February that the Kuga was due an engine transplant with the Mondeo also in line for some new oily bits. Ford sent us details of the new Mondeo engines for 2011 last month, and now its the turn of the Kuga.
McLaren DOESN’T stop production of the MP4-12C to fix problems.
Sat, 08 Oct 2011McLaren MP4-12C problems haven't stopped production The McLaren MP4-12C is McLaren’s first road car in almost twenty years, and it appears that the new 458 competitor from Woking has a few problems. Reports have been cropping up for some weeks that MP4-12C owners have been plagued (well, plagued is harsh) by a raft of problems including a battery drainage issue (something many cars suffer from early on), headlight condensation and glitchy door operation. McLaren are adamant none of the issues affecting the 12C are safety related and it is therefore continuing to build the cars, so although there will be a delay for some new owners in delivery, the issues should cause no long term back log in deliveries.
Aston Martin DBS
Mon, 15 May 2006Aston Martin has shown pictures of the next Bond car, the DBS. Based on the DB9, the DBS is more muscular and sits menacingly on polished 20" wheels. Additional inlets on the sill, hood and bumper also connect the car with the DBR9 racing car, their depth more powerfully planting the car on the road.
