Porsche has released details of the 2010 / 2011 Cayenne We wrote the story on the 2010/2011 Porsche Cayenne starting to leak out of Stuttgart this morning, and commented that now photos of the new Cayenne are starting to surface it wouldn’t be long before Porsche got the official details to us. No sooner had we published that story than the official details from Porsche dropped in our inbox, complete with a new Cayenne photo gallery and even a new Cayenne video. You’re spoilt for choice.

Fiat 500 Cabrio hits the US

The Fiat 500 Cabrio hits the US for Spring Actually, we’re not completely convinced that the Fiat 500 cabrio (that’s Fiat 500 Convertible for those of us on the old continent who prefer real words)  has hit the US. Because although Fiat has told us the 500 Cabrio hits the US ‘Just in time for spring’, it doesn’t say when US customers will start to get cars. Which may be a bit nit-picking, but there doesn’t seem much point saying it’s hitting in time for Spring when Spring’s a third done and there’s still no date.

Who's Where: High-profile re-organization at General Motors

General Motors' design division has been re-organized in a spate of high-profile restructuring that comes into effect on 1 August. In Europe, David Lyon replaces Mark Adams as Vice President of Design for Opel/Vauxhall in Rüsselsheim while Adams moves Stateside to become Executive Director, Global Cadillac and Buick Design. Ken Parkinson, currently Director North American Exterior Design/Global Architecture Strategy and Chevrolet Brand Champion will become Executive Director, Global Chevrolet and GMC Design.
