You're looking at an input bearing retainer from a np435. This came out of a 1973 Ford F250 two wheel drive. This is in usable condition but needs cleaned up. It doesn't have any major scarring or problems that I can see. There is a small cut on the mounting flange casting but it doesn't go clear through. I believe this is something that happened at the factory. It will not affect the function of this part. It is up to you to verify shipment of this part on your vehicle.
