This transmission was in a non-original drivetrain 1969 Chevelle SS I bought in the early 1990's. I drove the car a few years, including a trip from Florida to Illinois, and the transmission shifted fine, and the speedometer worked. I later acquired a GM bellhousing and a Muncie M20, which I learned from books I was reading, was appropriate for the car.

I have no reason to believe the transmission has developed a problem, as it has been in our garage. Included with the transmission are the shift linkages in the photos. I do not offer a warrantee, but you see I will accept a return within 14 days with the buyer paying for return shipping. That is because I am confident regarding the transmission condition, and as a car guy, I am not really interested in selling you something you can't use. Thank you for your interest. Frank
