FORD TRUCK VAN  4X4 FRONT HUBCAPS

THESE  CAPS ARE GETTING HARDER TO FIND.  THEY ARE THE ABS PLASTIC CENTER VERSIONS WITH METAL RINGS.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  THESE TWO CAPS ARE IN VERY NICE ORIGINAL CONDITION.  THEY LOOK AS THOUGH THEY WERE NOT USED MUCH HAVING SOME SCRATCHES ON THE PAINTED PLASTIC AREA IN THE CENTER BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT.  MAYBE A TINY BB DING OR SCRATCH IN THE TRIM RING BUT REALLY WE SAW NOTHING OF CONCERN FOR MOST APPLICATIONS.   NOT PERFECT FRIENDS, NONE OF THESE OLD CAPS ARE.  THESE FORD 4X4 CAPS ARE HARD TO FIND AND EVEN HARDER TO FIND IN THIS GOOD OF CONDITION.  PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES IN DETAIL PRIOR TO BIDDING.  THE CENTER HOLE FOR THE AXLE HUB IS ABOUT 3 & 5/8 INCHES.

COOL EXAMPLE FROM A DAY GONE BY.  ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE, RARITY & CONDITION I RATE IT THEM A 4 MINUS.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE.  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THEM.  WE ALSO ATTEND BARRETT JACKSON AND MECUM AUCTIONS REGULARLY. THE POINT IS THIS.  ONLY THE FINEST AND ULTRA EXPENSIVE CARS SEEM TO HAVE PERFECT TRIM.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which these are.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

WE COMBINE SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS TOO.

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 9 years of selling over a 6000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Paul Walker crash 'caused by speed'

Wed, 26 Mar 2014

CRASH INVESTIGATORS have determined that the Porsche carrying "Fast & Furious" star Paul Walker was travelling at approximately 90mph when it lost control on a California street and smashed into a light pole, killing the actor and his friend. A person who has reviewed the investigators' report said that it concluded unsafe driving, not mechanical problems, caused the crash. The report says driver Roger Rodas was going between 81mph and 94mph when his 2005 Porsche Carrera GT began to drift as it lost control after coming out of a curve.
