Salon Privé 2010: The Cars

Salon Prive 2010 gets underway today for three days Salon Privé. It’s an event we are always happy to cheerlead because it offers a  great day out in great surroundings together with some of the best and most interesting cars on the planet – with complete access. Salon Privé 2010 kicked off today in the sumptuous grounds of the Hurlingham Club in Chelsea under an azure sky with just a trace of mackerel cloud for most of the afternoon.

Mercedes has launched the SLK 2LOOK Edition - just in time for summer! The Mercedes SLK 2LOOK gets the 200 KOMPRESSOR engine and comes in a simple colour choice – Black or White. But if you feel like splashing the cash you can have the metallic versions – Obsidian Black or designo Mystic White.

2013 VW Beetle R-Line Package

Volkswagen has revealed two R-Line Packs for the new Beetle – one for the interior, one for the exterior – to spice up the Beetle. The VW Beetle we’re really looking forward to that has an ‘R’ on its boot is the Beetle R, but it looks like we’ll have to make do with an ‘R’ cosmetic makeover for now in the guise of the VW Beetle R-Line. Volkswagen has revealed a pair of R-Line packs for the new Beetle that add a bit more purpose to the Beetle pastiche – one for the exterior and one for the interior.
