VW Golf wins 2013 European Car of the Year

Announced at a ceremony on the eve of the Geneva motor show, the seventh-generation Golf scored the most points from the 58 voting jury members, from 22 European countries. Rolls-Royce confirms new convertible - a Wraith cabrio

Goodwood is being tight-lipped on the exact identity of the new Rolls, but CAR can confirm it is the Wraith convertible. Not that Rolls-Royce would do anything as vulgar as call it that; expect a new name.
Chrysler first-quarter profits down
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Chrysler Group said net income fell to $166 million in the first quarter as costs of two large product launches crimped the automaker's seventh consecutive quarterly profit. Profit fell 65 percent from the $473 million posted during the same quarter of 2012, Chrysler said in a statement today. First-quarter revenues dropped 6 percent to $15.4 billion.
