I have had a select few customers leave notes in the feedback or low "star" ratings for "speed of shipping".  Please understand a couple of notes.  This is a custom product and must be made when ordered, it is not just pulled off of a shelf.  This give you fresh product.  Like most of us, I have a real job that pays the bills and a life.  Even at that many times the item is shipped withing 24 hours of the order being placed.  96% are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed according to eBay.  However, the bigger issue is the shipping speed, please read the shipping notes as I cannot control shipping speed, nor can any seller.

If you feel the need to leave anything but flattering feedback or "star ratings" it would be nice if direct communication would occur first so that we might have a chance to iron out any potential issues.

Study finds teen drivers need more time in adverse conditions

Tue, 12 Oct 2010

Practice might make perfect, but not if the drills never change. In a study organized by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Study and the University of North Carolina Highway Safety Research Center, participating teen drivers averaged about an hour and a half of supervised driving each week--mostly on routine trips along the same roads. At the end of the year-long study, 47 percent of parents said there was at least one driving condition they felt their student wasn't prepared to handle.
