This manual has been heavily used. There are grease and dirt spots on the front and back but I don't see any inside the book. There may be one that I missed, but I didn't see it flipping through quickly. The spine is rather dirty too but all in all this is a manual that you can still use and it completely readable

£500m scheme introduced to boost electric car ownership

Newspress Deputy prime minister Nick Clegg is today launching a £500 million scheme to boost electric and hybrid car ownership in the UK.   Perks for electric car drivers The funding will provide extra perks to encourage more drivers to trade in their old, conventionally powered cars for electric or hybrid vehicles. Councils will be able to apply for funding if they come up with plans to encourage people to ditch their petrol and diesel cars – for example, by offering free parking to electric vehicles and giving them the right to drive in bus lanes.

Smart is the latest car manufacturer to present a sub-car commuter vehicle. The eScooter will be shown at the Paris motor show in concept form, but has been confirmed as part of Smart's future urban mobility strategy. Like the Smart ForTwo, the eScooter uses a steel and aluminum frame with interchangeable plastic body finishers.
