Up for auction at no reserve is a used fiberglass gas tank recently removed from a 1981 Yamaha SR 500 race bike. It also fits the 1976-1981 Yamaha TT/ XT models. The center-mount, 2 gallon tank is in very good condition with good petcock threads. Cap is included. The nice paintwork is the traditional Kenny Roberts Yellow/Black checkered stripe. It is not perfect, as there are minor scratches and smudges that did not show up in the above images. It has been tested and there are no cracks or leaks. Great for replacement, cafe, or racing. The matching Trackmaster fiberglass rear tailpiece is in another auction. It is also a nice piece!!
