Peugeot and Philippe Starck design bicycle for Bordeaux scheme

Peugeot and accomplished designer Philippe Starck, have developed a unique bike for the city of Bordeaux as part of their continuous promotion of cycling in the city. The new concept of bike-scooter, proposed by Starck and adapted for production by Peugeot, will help in the city's ongoing efforts to improve mobility within Bordeaux. In 15 years the number of cyclists has tripled after a number of initiatives came into effect, two examples being limiting traffic and developing the tramway within the city.

VW announces seven-passenger CUV at Detroit auto show

Last year at the Detroit Auto Show, VW showed the CrossBlue concept. Built on VW's new MQB modular architecture, the CrossBlue was designed to both showcase the versatility of MQB (it also underpins the upcoming Golf, the new Audi A3, as well as SEAT and Skoda models) and illustrate that VW was serious about the seven-passenger market in the United States. Dacia Duster launched

Dacia has launched the Duster in to the European market Dacia is Renault’s Romanian brand and produces its own cars mostly based on Renault underpinnings. It currently offers none of its cars in the UK, but that could change with the Duster, although the initial roll-out doesn’t include RHD versions.
