Summary of My Selling Policies Payment Payments that I take are paypal ONLY. There is NO exception! With local pickups;  No paypal. There is NO exception! Fees I do charge California Sale tax of 8.75%. Tax is charged to items shipped within California. Also items that are picked up are charged sales tax of 8.75%. Shipping I ship within United States ONLY. In The lower 48 states I use UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, and DHL Ground. All shipping cost listed are for GROUND ONLY and are flat rates. PLease note that if you have a PO box or in HI, AK; that you must pay for US Postal Service Priority Mail.
