1976 7.5 Hp Mercury Merc Outboard Hood Cowl Cowling Cover Top on 2040-parts.com
Ely, Minnesota, United States
This is a cowling removed from a 1976 7.5 hp Mercury outboard. Hood shows a fair amount of wear from age. Hood itself is in pretty good shape, but paint shows lots of imperfection. Would make a good replacement hood. Inner gasket is mostly there, with small section coming off, but should be able to be re-glued. Should work for the 9.8 models as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thu, 02 Oct 2008By Guy Bird Motor Shows 02 October 2008 23:02 On one level, the Saab 9-X Air is a re-work of the Geneva show’s 9-X BioHybrid with its roof chopped off. But get up close and you’ll find it’s one hell of a smart hatchet job. We admire the packaging. If you’ve ever had a soft-top you’ll know that most have very wide fabric C-pillars that impede vision and coupled with integrated rear glass windows can be tricky to fold away.
