Please note: The lamp retainer rings offered are used and should look fine on a daily driver. Please make sure for yourself if the rings will be right for your application. Buyer to receive the 2 bulb retainer rings shown. Inside rear of ring Diameter 6 and 15/16ths ? Is not quite 7 inches. These style rings twist/lock on at installation using no screws. I do not know the applications. Believed to have been removed from a 1976 300 class?? not sure

Item offered is a pair of bulb retainer rings removed from believed a 1976 300 class.  The parts shown in the pictures are the actual ones you will receive. 

The rings are in somewhat nice to very nice shape, you may be able to zoom the pictures see for yourself. Both have some small areas discoloration, and at the rear a couple spots?? Not rust but smooth dark spots?? One has some light surface rust seen picture number 2, some of which came off with a little polishing leaving what can be seen. There are no bends or scratches. The rings do have slight blemish here and there but look very good for age. Please judge for yourself.

GM technology chief Tom Stephens to retire

Tom Stephens, GM's vice chairman, chief technology officer and former head of global product operations, will retire on April 1 after a 43-year career with the automaker. His successor will be named later, GM said Sunday. Stephens, 63, has served as GM's chief technology officer--a new position--since Feb.

Pothole app gets goverment backing

A NEW SMARTPHONE APP to report potholes has been given backing by the government. The Department for Transport has given £30,000 to help develop the app, which has been launched by the Cyclists’ Touring Club (CTC). The app is part of the CTC’s ‘Fill That Hole’ pothole reporting website.
