THIS ITEM IS A BIT OF A MYSTERY TO ME SO I MAKE NO GUARANTEES.  THE PREVIOUS OWNER BOUGHT THIS ENTIRE SETUP YEARS AGO AND INTENDED TO PUT IT ON THE BIKE BUT NEVER DID.  THIS AUCTION INCLUDED THE SPEDO, TAC, FRONT HEADLIGHT, AND A MESS OF WIRING.  THE WIRES COMING OUT OF THE HEADLIGHT WERE CUT BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF CABLE TO SPLICE FROM.  I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WORKS BUT I DONT SEE WHY IT WOULDN'T.  I AM SELLING THIS ITEM AS IS AND WILL MAKE NO CLAIM THAT I KNOW IT WORKS.  ALL I KNOW IF THE GAUGES ARE COMPLETE AND THE MILEAGE READS 11,159.  I SEE NO REASON WHY THEY WOULDN'T WORK.  IT EVEN COMES WITH THE KEY! l FREE SHIPPING!!

This part is off a running 1976 Yamaha XT 500.  You will find many of these parts also fit the TT500.  Many of the parts remained unchanged for the entire model history from 1975 to 1981.  Consult trusted internet resources such as http://www.cmsnl.com/  or your local Yamaha dealer to make sure this part first you bike if it is not a 1976 but I am pretty sure most of them will fit all the years. The parts I am listing are all ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT unless stated otherwise in the description.

These parts listed are all in good working order and as I said the bike did run when I tore it down.  All the proper tools were used to harvest these parts and I will try to include any flaws in the photos.  Overall this was a very nice bike and gave up a lot of VERY HARD to find parts.  Please keep in mind that Ebay’s shipping is very hard to figure out so most of my items will include shipping cost.  I have to price the heavy, odd shaped, and bulky items with the shipping cost in mind so be aware that is why the item may cost a little more than you hoped.

I WILL ship overseas but be aware IT AINT CHEAP!  Ebay provides that service for me and I don’t even know what it cost but I’m sure you the buyer will be told before ypu buy it.  I have MANY parts top this bike that I will be listing over the next few days so if you need it and I don’t have it listed SEND ME A MESSAGE!  I just might have it sitting in the garage waiting to be listed.

Thanks for the HIT!

Nissan Juke-R will cost £438,000

Thu, 10 May 2012

Nissan Juke-R - £438k of funky urban crossover The rather bonkers Nissan Juke R will be available worldwide – in very limited numbers – at a very limiting price – £438,000. The Nissan Juke -R has kept us in stories since lat year when Nissan first revealed the funky compact crossover with the heart of a GT-R. From being merely  a one-off (well, it was actually a two-off) project to show just what Nissan could make the little Juke do, it’s grown in to a proper little PR machine for Nissan.

Volvo set to excite with new Concept XC Coupe

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

VOLVO’S new design language has been taken to the next level with the first glimpse of a concept that previews its future ‘XC’ series of cars. The Concept XC Coupe will be given its full debut at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in January, but Volvo has released a trio of pictures as a teaser ahead of time. In each of the pictures the car is capped by a slimline roof box, which hints at its lifestyle aspirations.

SSC Tuatara revealed in Shanghai

Jerod Shelby reveals the SSC Tuatara in Shanghai We finally discovered last month that Shelby Supercars wouldn’t be calling their new Veyron-bashing hypercar the Ultimate Aero II (which seemed logical) but has instead taken a leaf out of Pagani’s ‘Book of obscure names for Supercars’ and decided on SSC Tuatara. Yep, SSC has named their hypercar after the Maori name for a lizard, a lizard with the fastest evolving DNA of any creature (doubtless the motivation for Jerod nicking the name for his car). Interestingly, a comment on the story we ran about the new SSC getting the Tuatara moniker said that as well as having the fastest evolving DNA of any creature, the Tuatara “…puts a tortoise to shame in the slow moving stakes, and is also regarded as a living link to the dinosaurs” which, for Jerod Shelby’s benefit, we should probably gloss over.
