Pretty nice front forks for the 1976 Yamaha XS650 (XS650C).  Original part # 584-23101-52-00.  Please ask questions and confirm fitment before bidding.
In good, complete, solid, clean, usable condition.  Tubes are straight.  All threads are good.  These forks are ready to use as is.
The tubes have no rust or pitting, just some minor micro-scratching, some minor scuffing where they contacted the triple trees, some minor shallow score marks where they contacted the headlight mounting ears, and a couple of small marks that I have circled in red in the last two pictures.  I have tried to show all tube scuffs and score marks in the pictures. These are nice tubes.
The aluminum lowers have some corrosion and foxing, the corrosion needs to be cut, and the aluminum needs to be polished, but should clean up nicely.  It appears that some of the original clear-coat is still on the lowers in places.  There are just a couple of minor, shallow marks on the lowers, all of which are shown, are clearly visible in my pictures, and which will easily sand out.  These are nice lowers, they just need to be cleaned up.
The rubber fork caps are included and look almost brand-new.

NOTE:  these particular forks were used on only one model year, the 1976 "B".  They are 34mm.  They will fit in the triple trees of all earlier XS650 models from 1970 to 1975, but the placement and/or type of the brakes and/or the fenders will have to be changed.  Note the location of the brake caliper mounting tabs and the fender stay tabs in my pictures.  Please ask questions if you are unsure -- I am very familiar with these bikes and their differences, and I can help you identify your model year if you give me your VIN number.  Thank you.
