Black plastic snaps into fender Part number is listed in the GM parts catalog to fit Oldsmobile 1977 1978 1979 Delta 88 & 98 models without C.B. option. Since there is only 1 bag and a number of bezels, unless you buy the whole lot you will not receive the packaging.
