Springfield, Missouri, United States
nice condition and ready to put in your vehicle
Brand:GM Warranty:No

Up for auction is an original reconditioned jack and handle for a 1978 Corvette (C-3)..I have taken the jack and handle down to bare metal then primed and painted black.  Looks very nice and ready to put in your vehicle.  There is some pitting in the metal on the base where some rust scaling was removed during preparation.

There is a date code of "804" which I think translates to the 4th week of 1978.

This should fit and work in other year model Corvettes but you need to be sure for your application.

Also, see my other ad in Ebay for a reconditioned spare tire carrier for a 1978 Corvette.

Wed, 30 Jul 2014

By Tim Pollard Motoring Issues 30 July 2014 11:35 In a questionable bout of willy-waving, Land Rover today announced one of the most pointless speed records we’ve yet heard: the new Range Rover Sport SVR became the fastest production SUV around the Nurburgring. The breathed-over RR SVR lapped the Nordschleife in 8min 14sec, spelling out the performance credentials of the fastest ever Land Rover. The record was set by a standard production SVR, which will be unveiled sans disguise later this summer.

Honda Civic Type R Mugen 2.2 revealed. But why bother?

Fri, 09 Sep 2011

Honda Civic Type R Mugen 2.2 - will it sell? When Honda finally confirmed the Civic Type R Mugen for very limited production – just 20 were being made – back in 2009, we did comment that the price - £38,599 and a £12k premium over the stock Type R – did not auger well for sales. In the event Honda has only managed to shift sixteen of the original Type R Mugen, but despite that sales failure they have decided to punt out a more powerful – and inevitably more expensive – version of the Type R with a bored and stroke 2.2 litre version of the original 2.0 litre in the Type R – the Honda Civic Type R Mugen 2.2.
