PAYMENTS:

Winning bidders must pay within three days, after the end of the auction. Please contact me, if you cannot use paypal prior to bidding, to make payment arrangements or if you plan to bid on more than one auction.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

I am honest in explaining the condition of an item, as well as addressing any defects! I do NOT purposely misrepresent an item. I will not accept returns for bidders remorse, including size or fit. I will only offer a full refund if the item is misrepresented or has a major defect not mentioned. Returns will only be accepted if email authorization by the seller is given. If a return is granted, refund will only be given once the item has been returned to the seller in the original condition within 7 days from the day it was received by the buyer. If the item is being sold “AS IS” then there is NO RETURN or REFUND. All International bidders must contact me before bidding! All international purchases are as is. Your satisfaction is a top priority with me. If you are unhappy, please email me and let’s work out a solution. If satisfied with your purchase, please leave feedback and I will reciprocate.

SHIPPING:

I take full responsibility for mailing the items in described condition and take great pride in my careful wrapping & packing, but I am not responsible for the handling and delivery by the USPS. Insurance is encouraged and is recommended to be added by the buyer to your shipping cost before you pay; please send me a note with your payment letting me know. Uninsured items will not be reimbursed by me if lost or damaged in the mail. If your item is damaged/lost/tampered with in transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim for damages/lost items and I will be happy to assist in that process if need be. I am also happy to combine purchases where feasible to save on shipping charges provided it does not compromise the integrity of your items. International bidders I do not use First Class Intl Mail, only Priority. I use the USPS for shipping, if you wish to use another carrier, please send me a message stating which company you want to use before you pay. I will send you an adjusted invoice. Otherwise, shipping will be with USPS.
