This offering is for a 1978 Dodge Aspen original 2 Door 360 Super Coupe Body. This is a scarce production car, not many made and with the fender flares a one year build.  The car is Class legal for NHRA, IHRA and Nostalgia Drag Race competition and other organizations. The car is currently running in Super Stock, can run Stock also with a 318 or 360 engine. The car runs low 11's at over 116 with a 318 engine in Super Stock. The car is offered as a "roller". You would add your motor and transmission of choice to race the car. The VIN number is NL29L8B263434.

Skip Barber Racing School is turning back the clock to 2001, when gasoline cost less than $2 a gallon and a three-day racing school cost just $3,000. All 12 locations will move to the new pricing scheme temporarily, to give more drivers a chance to get behind the wheel and do some performance driving. Skip Barber has been teaching people to race for more than 30 years.

Video: Jaguar XF clay model gets axed

Jaguar recently gave a trio of clay modelers the task of deconstructing the original model of their carefully and lovingly sculpted XF sedan by handing them axes and sledgehammers in front of a camera crew. The modelers – dressed in black t-shirts and jeans – are shown taking apart the model piece by piece, perhaps taking out their frustration with designers who feel the need to get a little too hands-on with their artisan handiwork. Perhaps some other car manufacturers could using this as inspiration to destroy some of their cars, maybe – naming no names – before reaching production.

Dutch factory announced for new Mini

THE NEW Mini is to be built in Holland as well as the UK, owner BMW has announced. The German motor giant said production of the Mini Hatch will be split between its factory in Oxford and a site in Nedcar in Born. Around 1,500 workers will build the new Mini in Holland from this summer at a factory run by BMW's Dutch partner VDL Nedcar.
