This part is in good used condition. Expect normal wear for a used item of similar vintage. GOOD SOLID CONDITION HAS SOME RUST MOST OF WHICH SHOULD POLISH UP. ONE THUMB SREW IS DIFFERENT THAN THE OTHER. THE BACKREST ADJUST FORWARDS AND BACK AND CAN BE COMPLETELY REMOVED TO JUST USE THE LUGGAGE RACK. ONE OF THE PLASTIC WOOD GRAIN STRIPS IS MISSING SOME OF THE WOOD GRAIN AND NEEDS REGLUED OR THEY COULD ALL BE REMOVED AND POLISH THE CHROME. I buy, sell, and trade just about anything. Wed, 27 Jun 2012Giles Taylor has been appointed Rolls-Royce Motor Cars design director, with effect from 1 July 2012. He previously held the position of head of exterior design. Taylor will report directly to senior vice president BMW Group design, Adrian van Hooydonk and will replace Ian Cameron who retires from his position to become a brand ambassador until his retirement in April 2013.

Fri, 22 May 2009BMW officially took the wraps off the production version 5 Series Gran Turismo today. The new model, previewed in concept form at the Geneva motor show in March, is set to bridge the gap between the automaker's X5 SUV and the 5 Series Touring wagon. As we expected, BMW has remained true to form: the 5 Series GT is identical to the design of its concept precursor, including a lower body section and taillamps that call to mind the latest BMW 7 Series, a front end reminiscent of the CS concept, and an upper cabin design familiar to anyone who's seen an X6. The interior has seen the most change, if only in color and trim.
