This lower gear case is being sold as shown in the picture. All the gears, shafts and moving parts move smoothly and they way they were meant to move.

This lower gear case assembly has all original OMC Johnson Evinrude parts and was removed from a 1978 OMC stern drive (model# 983489) with 240hp OMC engine (model# 990251D).  The stern drive and inboard engine came with a 1978 SlickCraft boat (19' 6" long) (vessel# SLK72215027878).

This boat had a lot of years of being registered as non-operational and consequently, most of the parts are in very good condition.  Please let me know if you need any other parts and I will make them available.

Ferrari S.p.A. said the first year of production of its new FF is sold out and customers who order the model now will receive their cars in the second half of 2012. Ferrari will limit production of the four-seat FF, the luxury sports car maker's first four-wheel-drive model, to 800 units a year.

General Motors CEO Rick Wagoner is about to resign after eight years as the Obama administration prepares to decide on the automaker's request for additional government rescue loans, two people familiar with the matter said. A senior Obama administration official told NBC's John Yang that Wagoner, 56, was asked to step down by the White House. The automaker, which has lost about $82 billion since 2004, awaits word Monday from President Obama on a request for as much as $16.6 billion in additional U.S.

BMW creates mini version of Art Car by artist Jeff Koons

Known for his whimsical sculptures, artist Jeff Koons is using his skills to create limited-edition BMW Miniature Art Cars instead of giant stainless-steel balloon animals. Famed artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein have created their own BMW Art Cars, and Koons is just the latest in a line such works since Alexander Calder painted the first installment in the Art Car Collection in 1975 Adorned with bright streaks of color against a black background, the full-size vehicle competed in Le Mans in 2010.
