1978 Mercury Monterey/marquis/marauder/ Wagons Original Owner's/owners Manual on 2040-parts.com
Buckner, Kentucky, US
This rare 116 page owner's manual is in good ORIGINAL condition showing very little if any wear. It covers full size models and contains all of the information that the owner needs to operate his new vehicle safely and correctly plus some service and maintenance info. Besides being full of useful information it would look great displayed with your car at car shows, and it would also make a nice gift. I recently purchased a large collection of old automotive publications from an elderly gentleman who had been collecting them for many years (He worked for Ford from 1952-97) so feel free to check out some of my other auctions for more old ORIGINAL owner's manuals, warranty booklets, old automotive brochures, etc.............Payment is due within one week unless you contact me with a good sob story. I am a veteran Ebay seller and as you can see from my feedback over 99% of my buyers are happy with my products and service, and we all know that you can never please everybody. Unlike most sellers, I ship items 6 days a week. Also, I usually leave positive feedback for my buyers within 24 hours of receiving payment. I don't play games waiting for you to leave it for me first like many sellers do. After you receive your item I would appreciate it if you would leave positive feedback for me. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and let me try to resolve the problem before leaving neutral or negative feedback. If you purchase more than one item I will combine shipping and send you one invoice covering all your purchases. All I ask in return is that you make only one payment to save me some money on Paypal fees. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and feel free to bid with the confidence that I'll do everything possible to make this a positive and successful transaction for both of us...........Dave, Lucky 13 Publications, P.O. Ford Escort set for Beijing motor show debut
Wed, 16 Apr 2014Ford is set to unveil a production version of the Escort sedan at the China auto show this month in Beijing, meant exclusively for the Chinese market. The Escort was previewed in near-production concept form last year at the Shanghai motor show, and is meant to take on competitors positioned just above the Ford Focus sedan. Even though the Ford Escort has been absent from the automaker's global lineup since 2000, Ford of China is reviving the nameplate for this sub-Fusion/Mondeo model which will compete with cars such as the Volkswagen Sagitar and Chevrolet Cruze in the Chinese market.
Lamborghini Murcielago production ends
Fri, 05 Nov 2010The last Lamborghini Murcielago - an LP670-4 - leaves Sant'Agata Despite the Lamborghini Jota (or Lamborghini LP700-4 as we may now have to call it) failing to make the Lamborghini stand at last month’s Paris Motor Show, the news that the last Lamborghini Murcielago has now rolled out of Sant’Agata is as clear a sign as there can be that Lamborghini’s new range-topper is just round the corner. The final Murcielago – an LP670-4 in Arancio Atlas with big wing – actually rolled off the production line in May. It was the 4,099th Murcielago to roll out of Sant’Agata, by far the biggest run of twelve-cylinder cars in Lamborghini’s history.
Bentley designers talk 'Intelligent Details' in movie shot on iPhone
Fri, 16 May 2014Bentley has released a short documentary featuring director of design, Luc Donckerwolke, and SangYup Lee, its new head of exterior design, taking a ride around New York City in the back of a pair of Mulsannes. Called 'Intelligent Details,' the film sees Donckerwolke and Lee talking about how one of the challenges of designing a successful Bentley interior is to match the car's performance with the expectation of its integrated technology. And to make sure you get the message loud and clear, not only does the video show the Mulsanne's optional smartly integrated iPads, which emerge from the front seat backs at the touch of a button, the whole movie itself was shot on an iPhone 5S (albeit 'enhanced' by some extremely expensive-looking lenses and rigs), then cut together on one of the car's in-built tablets.
