These solid motor mounts replace the factory rubber motor mounts decreasing engine movement for maximal vehicle performance.

These solid mounts bolt directly to the frame of the 82-92 GM F-Body and 78-88 GM G-Body as well as many other 74 and up GM V8 applications.

Solid mounts are required to be used in conjunction with the factory clamshell as shown in installation picture below.

Note: Centerline is 1” from cross member surface to center of hole; check your original parts dimensions before ordering.

Solid mounts may not work with Oldsmobile V8 style clamshell.

Cadillac's next flagship sedan, the XTS, will borrow its underpinnings from the Buick LaCrosse. The XTS is the code name for the car due in 2011, and it's a two-for-one proposition. The XTS will replace the front-wheel drive DTS and the rear-wheel STS, Automotive News reports.

THE Government has announced plans to speed up journey times on selected parts of the nation’s motorway network. As a result, work will start to convert the hard shoulder into a running lane on two sections of the M1 and on a stretch of the M3. The M1 work will be between junctions 28 and 31 in Derbyshire and between junctions 32 and 35a in South Yorkshire, with claims that it will boost capacity by up to a third and improve journey times by up to 10%.

Mazda CX-5 - the Mazda compact SUV Back at the Geneva Motor Show this year Mazda pitched up with the oddly named Mazda Minagi Concept, a compact SUV which we said would arrive in showrooms as the Mazda CX-5. And it is. Mazda has announced that the CX-5 will be going in to production and that we will be seeing a production-ready version at Frankfurt in September, which suggests that the CX-5 will be in a showroom near you in early 2012.
