HI THIS IS A SET OF REAR WHEEL FLARES FOR A 1979 - 1981 AND MAYBE OTHER YEARS FIREBIRD,TRANS AM. THEY ARE IN  GOOD ORIGINAL CONDITION. ALL OF THE MOUNTING BOLTS IS BROKE OFF SO THEY WILL NEED NEW STUDS WELDED ON THE BRACKET OR GET A NEW METAL BRACKET THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CRACKS WILL NEED SANDED AND RE PAINTED. Or should I say what remains of MG after the debacle of the ‘Phoenix Four’ who took over MG Rover from BMW for a token £10 – and £425 million in working capital to boot – and set about selling off the rights to MG to the Chinese in the form of SAIC (Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation).

It looks like the last Bentley Brooklands (pictured) will not be the last after all We already know that the Bentley SUV is on the way shortly to take on the might of the new Range Rover, and it seems certain there’s about to be Bentley Mulsanne Speed as Bentley rolls out its ‘Speed’ moniker to its most prestigious car. But there’s more to come. When we reported the Mulsanne Speed was on its way last week, we noted that if Bentley were adding a Speed version of the Mulsanne to their range to expand it then it surely made sense to launch a Mulsanne Coupe and Convertible too.

Mini E Racer (2010) takes on the Nurburgring

In these days of 7min laps, rounding the Nurburgring in 10min hardly classes as electric. Unless you’re in a Mini E. A battery-powered baby BMW driven by ex-DTM racer Thomas Jäger turned in a 9m52 lap, hitting a heady – but presumably near silent – 116mph on the way.
