Mustang Automatic Universal Joint (U-joint) (79-93)

 Universal Joint

Product Description

Smooth driveability and reliability depend on having a driveshaft and universal joints in good working order. A Mustang's driveline is something you want to know is there without being able to feel it.

When the driveshaft and universal joints, or U-joints, are felt and heard, it's usually bad news. These quality, replacement style universal joints connect your fox body Mustang's driveshaft to the rear end pinion yoke and will get your driveshaft turning smoothly again. Sold as each.

New Mercedes SLS planned – & it won’t be a hybrid

Sun, 17 Mar 2013

AMG’s Tobias Moers has confirmed that a new Mercedes SLS is planned – as is a sub-SLS SLC – but it won’t come with hybrid power and electric assistance. But the Mercedes take on a supercar – the Mercedes SLS – isn’t set to go down the KERS route ant time soon according to AMG’s Director of Vehicle Development, Tobias Moers, who said that a next generation SLS – which is under development – would rely on weight saving and engine tweaking, just like the new Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series (pictured above), rather than electric assistance for its performance. Moers also said that Mercedes and AMG realised that the AMG brand doesn’t have the cachet of Ferrari and they have no plans to produce a car to go head to head with LaFerrari (or even the McLaren P1) so we won’t be seeing a hyper-SLS pushed upmarket in to the firing line of Ferrari any time soon.

Ford KA – the range grows for 2010

Mon, 25 Jan 2010

Ford has revamped the KA range for 2010 The new Ford KA has been with us for a year now. We first did a Ford KA review back in November 2008 and found it to be a great little car. Still with some of the DNA of the original KA coursing through its oil, it was a credible re-interpretation of the original.

Dacia won’t build a car smaller than the Sandero

Sun, 02 Jun 2013

The Dacia Sandero (pictured) will remain Dacia’s smallest model In austere times, budget buys sell. Which is why Dacia is having so much success with its compact Sandero and Duster SUV. With prices on the Sandero starting at just £5,995 and Duster SUV prices as little as £8,995 (although you’ll have to pay £10,995 for a 4WD version), car buyers are buying Dacias as quickly as Renault can build them, with sales in a European market that shrank by 7 per cent last year up by 18 per cent to 90,000 cars for Dacia.
