Up for auction is an ORIGINAL spare parts list for 1979 JAWA 50cc (BABBETTA) MOPED. The first page states this parts list is for the following 1979 models: MODEL 207-311 C MODEL 207-311 DL MODEL 207-300 DLX This is a 24 page parts list that shows parts breakdowns along with part numbers for each component. The parts list measures 7 1/8" x 8 1/2". This is a used list in good condition for its age. The inside pages are in great condition with a bit of wear on the cover. "BABBETTA" is written on the front cover. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL, PERIOD CORRECT JAWA PARTS LIST. NOT A COPY OR REPRODUCTION.

Americans plan to keep their cars longer, AutoPacific study finds
Tue, 14 Jul 2009In another chilling sign that auto sales are likely to remain stalled, a new study finds that Americans intend to keep their cars longer, indicating a general concern about the industry and the overall economy. The number of new-car buyers planning to keep their rides more than four years has risen to 59 percent, according to a study released Tuesday by California marketing research firm AutoPacific. That's an increase from last year, when about 45 percent of new buyers intended to wait more than four years for their next purchase, and it's up from 2005's tally of 46 percent.

The Geneva Motor Show this year saw the debut of the latest MINI JCW – the MINI Countryman John Cooper Works – and with it output figures we though might be arriving across the MINI JCW range. Those figures saw the output of the 1.6 litre lump in the JCW rise to 215bhp and, surprisingly, managed to come in with economy figures for the JCW Countryman that were much the same as the rest of the JCW range.
