2013 Audi R8: UK Prices announced

Audi has revealed pricing for the 2013 R8, which starts at £91,575 for the V8 Coupe. The new Audi R8 V10 plus costs from £124,675. The 2013 Audi R8 was revealed last week complete with the only thing that was really missing from the original R8 – a decent auto ‘box.

The BMW i8 is caught on video cold weather testing We have video of the BMW i8 winter testing in deep snow, in what looks to be a a much closer to production i8. With the i8 not likely to hit showrooms until late 2013 or early 2014, BMW are out doing what car makers do and testing their new cars in extreme weather, this time it’s cold weather testing and footage of the i8 frolicking with the snow ploughs.

Mercedes CL facelift (2010): first official photos

This is the newly facelifted Mercedes CL500; although previously tipped to be called the S-Class Coupé, Mercedes stuck with the original name after all. Alongside the soon-to-be industry-standard daytime running lights and updated grille, lights and exhaust, most of the changes on the new 2010 Merc CL are in areas you can't see. The biggest change is in the engine bay: out goes the old 5.5-litre V8 and in comes a more powerful and economical 4.7-litre bi-turbo.
