ITEM DESCRIPTION:

Factory GM / PPG original rear quarter glass set. Set includes both LH and RH. These are original black molding / glass pulled from a 1987 Grand National, not a chrome set that was painted.  The metal trim has never been repainted and original finish. The LH glass gasket in in great shape but the RH glass gaskets appears to be trimmed down and modified. I do not know the history other than its current physical condition.

Removed from a 1987 Grand National with 65,000 original miles. All 4 mounting tabs on both are in perfect condition. No major scratches on glass. These are not for a restored show car but clean for a nice driver. Please review all pics prior to purchase.

Please not that I have spend almost 2 hrs prepping and thoroughly cleaning all of the original nasty weather seal glue off both pieces. They are ready for install.

Discontinued from GM, and almost extinct. Fits any 1981-1987 Regal application. Only 1, so don't miss out!

Japan Car: Designs for a Crowded Globe

Thu, 04 Dec 2008

The Science Museum in London, UK is hosting the Japan Car: Designs for the Crowed Globe exhibition, sponsored by seven Japanese automobile manufacturers. An exploration of the car as a 'mobile cell', the exhibition has been conceived by graphic designer Kenya Hara and architect Shigeru Ban to show how Japanese design reflects the 'soil and spirit' of Japan, depicted by concept cars and models specific to the Japanese market. Speaking to Car Design News, Shigeru Ban explained how the automobile was chosen as the central element to the exhibition because it is a reflection of Japanese culture and tradition.
