Range Rover Sport ploughs into basement flat
Tue, 25 Mar 2014This supercharged Range Rover Sport found itself stuck between a brick and a hard place when it crashed into a basement flat in Fitzrovia, central London. The driver, who was unhurt in this week's accident, unintentionally tested the Range Rover's off-road credentials in a freak incident, which left the 2.5-tonne SUV stuck between a house wall and some railings in the posh London street. Audi RS6 claims ice record over Bentley
Wed, 09 Mar 2011Four rings apparently conquers a Continental. A company called Nokian Tyres claimed a new world record of speed on ice when an Audi RS6 ran to 206.05 mph on March 6 in Finland. That betters Bentley's recent record of 205.48 mph just set in February by four-time World Rally champion Juha Kankkunen in a Supersports convertible.
Rolls-Royce Wraith (2013) second teaser of 600bhp coupe
Tue, 12 Feb 2013This is part three of Rolls-Royce’s pre-Geneva motor show tease of its new Wraith coupe. We’ve already seen a ghostly interpretation of the Spirit of Ecstasy figurine, and a side profile shot that revealed a resemblance to a ’68 Mustang Fastback, and now Rolls has shown the rear of the Wraith, and made a few proud proclamations about just how powerful its new super-coupe will be. I can’t see much of the new Rolls-Royce Wraith… Unfortunately it’s another shadowy teaser from Rolls-Royce, in the same vein as the side profile silhouette.
