Contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order to report a mistake or shortage in your order, and we will be happy to help you. New parts, as long as they are still unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging, may be returned within fourteen days of receiving your order. Buyer must contact us within fourteen days of receiving their order to initiate a return. If a part is damaged upon delivery, notify us immediately and DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE PART if you expect to return it. If you receive a product with a defect, which is obvious to the eye, the alleged defective part should be returned, and either a replacement will be sent out, or a refund will be issued once the item is returned. We ask that you do NOT ship back any unsafe damaged item. We will be happy to replace the item at no charge to you, but ask only that you take a picture of the unsafe damaged item to send us as proof of your claim before we send you a replacement. We reserve the right to offer you a full refund in lieu of an exchange in the event that the item in question is out of stock at the time of the replacement. We do NOT accept returns on USED, MODIFIED, or INSTALLED parts. Damage incurred while your order is in transit is rare, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please save all packing material and contact us immediately. If your order qualifies for a return, contact us for an RMA number and further instruction. After you receive your RMA number, please make sure to clearly print it on the outside of the box, and package your return securely before you ship it back to us.
