This mirror is what is called a lunch pail part.  It is not NOS in the traditional sense, it was taken from the factory back in the day.  It is better than NOS because they are exactly what was used on the assembly line.  Now saying that the mirror has some shelf wear over the years.  The glass has a couple of minor scratches and the chrome has a few pits on the back.  The only part number we could find is 4024110 on the base.
