Michelin Challenge Design announces 2009 jury

Michelin Challenge Design, one of the world's top design competitions, has announced its panel of judges for 2009. The distinguished group of automotive design leaders will meet in July at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, to select the vehicle designs and concepts for special exhibition at the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit next January. This year marks the eighth year for the international competition.

Jaguar C-X75 YouTube Hit It’s a week since Jaguar revealed what instantly became the sensation of the Paris Motor Show – the Jaguar C-X75 Concept. Which, considering the C-X75 is not just a stunning-looking hypercar concept but that it also had a great big green halo and enormous power and performance, it’s not exactly a shock it became an instant star. Jaguar has the European debut of the new Jaguar XFR-S, the new F-Type, classic Jaguars and the trailer for the Jaguar F-Type film by Ridley Scott. It’s a relatively quiet Geneva Motor Show for Jaguar with nothing really new to shout about, but there is one European debut, the new Jaguar XFR-S, and the nest instalment in the F-Type’s ongoing PR assault with a final trailer for the F-Type film by Ridley Scott. The Jaguar XF cobbled together to take a bit more of a fight to the new BMW M5 and Mercedes E63 AMG than the XFR can manage – the Jaguar XFR-S – gets its European debut at Geneva.
