Hyundai reveals new 1.6 litre turbo petrol and 2.0 litre diesel engines

Thu, 20 Oct 2011

Will the Hyundai Veloster (pictured) get Hyundai's new engines? When we reported prices and specs last week for the new Hyundai Veloster, we were suitably impressed at what was on offer, with one exception – the engine. Jaguar F-Type public debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Thu, 21 Jun 2012

Jaguar are giving the F-Type development prototype its first public outing at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. It’s less than three months since we discovered that the C-X16 would be the new Jaguar F-Type, but there’s been plenty of news on the spiritual successor to the E-Type since then, even though it’s the best part of a year before the F-Type launches. We know that the F-Type will come not only with the new supercharged V6 but that there will also be a V8 supercharged version of the F-Type on offer which, if it gets the full fat 550bhp version, will be a very swift cat indeed.

Ford gets another NO on Volvo

Thu, 05 Feb 2009

They appear to have tried everyone from the Swedish Government to BMW and Mercedes, with a fair dose of Chinese firms in between (has Ford offered to sell it to you yet? Don’t worry, it won’t be long!) And now Reuters are reporting that yet another Chinese Car Co has declined the offer.
